Mystic's blessing: This is a very under rated item in the league of legends. It has pretty good stats and a passive that increases your mana regeneration by 25% when you are out of combat for 6 seconds (max 1 minute). The problem with this item is that it is way too easy to get out of combat so the passive doesn't work as well as it should. If you want to use this item, make sure you have ways of keeping yourself out of combat such as using your spells or by running away.

For example: if you are fighting someone with a lot of health and you only have one shot left before you die, you can use the seeker's armguard to deal extra damage with your auto attacks
