How does this service work?
After making a purchase, one of our professional boosters will either log onto to your account or play with you side by side on an account of similar rank. We can easily help you get your desired rank or increasing your MMR (matchmaking rating) in Ranked Games, Normal Draft or TFT (Teamfight Tactics). How can I be sure my account won't be stolen?
Your account is absolutely safe with us. Changing password in LoL is only possible through e-mail verification which we can't do.
Can the booster use my BE and RP?

Will only one booster play on my account?

We have strict rules about behavior in games. Our boosters will not flame or display toxic behavior in game.
How long will you work on my account?
Many factors can influence the time it takes to complete your order. It depends on some variables we cannot control like server status, internet connection, etc. Our boosters will get the job done as fast as they can, and are rewarded for it. We have a solid reputation to maintain.
Can I play on my account while you're working on it?
Yes, make sure your booster is currently not in a queue or game and pause your order. Remember that you are not allowed to play the game mode you purchased your order in!
I've made my payment, now what?
You will be redirected to a page with the registration process after payment. You will also receive a confirmation link sent via email to create an account, unless you already have one. Your account will be ready for boosting after you've done that.
Can I play side by side with one of your top-players?

What is the coaching like?
Coaching begins with a conversation with the trainer. During that conversation you decide what you want to do with the trainer. It can be a game together or analysing a replay. What you will do depends on the trainer and the amount of time you buy.
What are gifts and why are they given to the boosters?
Gifts are additional money for the boosters. Gifts are given out by you and they cost you extra money. You can reward the booster for multiple reasons, for example a lot of wins in a row, high scores, games with your favourite champion or games as your favourite role.
I paid for a boost but the booster jumped a division, do I have to pay extra?
No. If you're happy, so are we.
I want to get a specific rank. How long will you work on my account to help me achieve that?
We boost a minimum of 1 division a day for orders under Diamond IV. This being said, our boosters are hard working employees that strive to satisfy each customer. You can also ask this question in booster chat, he will have a better answer for you since every order is different.
Can you win my promotion games?
We don't play promotion games only. We can offer you two ways of playing these games. The first option is a guaranteed promotion to a higher league or divison. The second option is to buy a certain amount of wins, this however doesn't guarantee promotion.
I noticed that there hasn’t been any games been played on my account for hours now. Why exactly is this happening?
Note that there are many reasons why this can happen, but if there are no problems with the server, please send us a message and we will be glad to help you.
Is there a possibility that I will be banned for boosting?
If you use our duo queue service then the answer is simply NO however with Solo Queue we can not guarantee that your account is 100% safe from Riot. We can assure you that we will do our best to make sure no one gets banned for using our services.
I would like to become a booster, what should I do?

I do not want my friends to know I was boosted. Can you play my specific champions?
Of course we can! Kindly tick the Specific champions option at our pricetable page. We can do it without any trouble!
I am in a hurry, can you guys finish my order as soon as possible? My life depends on it!
We can put your order on the top of the queue and can play on it as much as we can but it will cost a bit extra! Kindly tick the Priority order option at the pricetable.
I would like to spectate the games from mye phone. Would that be possible?
